Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your store account, not in the app. Deleting the app or your Dinnerkin account does not cancel your subscription.

iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap Dinnerkin, then Cancel Subscription.

Android

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Tap Dinnerkin, then Cancel subscription.

You can also open these pages from Manage subscription in the app. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, or the end of your free trial. To avoid being charged when a free trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests go to them:

We can’t issue refunds directly, but if something has gone wrong, email hello@dinnerkin.com and we’ll help where we can.

Changed phone?

Use Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple or Google account.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Without the app, follow the steps on the delete your account page. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel it first, as above.
